Program Director of Cross-Connection Control
Ben Goeke joined ERTC in 2022. Prior to joining ERTC, he had 2 years of service in water and wastewater treatment operations, distribution maintenance, and management. Ben joined the ERTC staff after graduation from the 1 year operator training program. As Program Director of Cross-Connection Control, Ben’s primary responsibility is leading trainings for Illinois Licensed Plumbers and Water Operators in Cross-Connection Control certification. He is also responsible for the newly established CCCDI recertification program, as well as Plumbers Continuing Education seminars available through ERTC.
