Drew Hoelscher has over 12 years of experience in the operation of public drinking water supply systems. Drew worked as a Senior Operator for Missouri American Water Company in St. Louis County. As Program Director, Drew will be responsible for the drinking water operations training program and instruction of pre-service and in-service students in drinking water treatment plant operations. The topics covered include laboratory analysis, maintenance, water quality regulations, reporting requirements, design criteria, and water plant operation.
