James Winslade has 30 years of practical operations experience in the water/wastewater field. He has operated wastewater treatment systems including aerated lagoons, fixed film, and activated sludge. he has also operated both ground and surface drinking water treatment systems. Jim's operations career began with the U.S. Air Force in Illinois and then moved to Alaska for the next 28 years. he has taught as an adjunct instructor at ERTC for the last five years in both water and wastewater.
