- Open to U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens with financial need.
- Award based on financial need as defined in the federal formula.
- Must be an undergraduate student ( Students who are obtaining a 2nd Bachelor's degree, graduate, professional, and seniors with degrees are not eligible.)
