Submit your Final Report for SIUE Graduate School Internal Research Grants

Congratulations on completing your project! The SIUE Graduate School/Office of Research and Projects is pleased to have supported your research and creative activities.

To submit your final report, complete the Internal Grants Final Report form in Kuali Build.

Competitive Funding Programs

The deadline to submit final reports for the competitive internal grants below is the 1^st Monday in August immediately following the end of your award period. 

• Hoppe Research Professor - Mid-Term Report
• Hoppe Research Professor Final Report
• STEP Grants - Final Report 
• Vaughnie Lindsay New Investigator Award - Final Report

Non-Competitive Funding Programs

The deadline to submit final reports for the non-competitive internal grants below is typically 60 days following the end of the award period.

• Competitive Application Resubmission Initiative (CARI) - Final Report
• Conferences and Workshops - Final Report

Tips for Preparing Your Final Report

1. Only a completed Kuali Build form will be accepted as the final report for your specific program above.
2. Use the same browser if you want to save and return to complete the form. Google Chrome is highly recommended.
3. To access the form, you will be required to log-in through the Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication system with your SIUE credentials.
4. You may save your final report form and return to it later to complete and submit it by going to https://siue.kualibuild.com/app/builder/#/my/submissions and clicking on Drafts.
5. Double-check your answers. After answering all of the required questions and clicking submit, the report cannot be edited for changes.
6. For your records, a copy of your final report will be emailed to you once submitted.
