There are many ways to finance a graduate education, and SIUE offers several different graduate awards and grants for current students. 

Current students are eligible for:

• Research Grants for Graduate Students
• Research Grants for Research Doctoral Students
• Travel/Presentation Grants
• Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award 
• Outstanding Thesis & Dissertation Awards
• Diversifying Faculty in Illinois Fellowship (DFI): Contact the Financial Aid Office at 618-650-3880 for information.

Note that SIUE programs are subject to change at the Graduate School’s discretion.  If there are discrepancies between sources of information about a program (including but not limited to webpages, application forms, and other documentation), the Graduate School shall decide which information governs.
