Where do I submit annual reporting or pre-approval for outside employment and other activities?

The annual reporting and prior approval for outside employment and other activities by faculty/staff are submitted through Kuali Build's Outside Employment & Other Activities form.
*Please note, this information will need to be re-entered in the Kuali Research Conflict of Interest/Commitment Disclosure form for review if the reporter also has sponsored project activity (see the Sponsored Project Conflicts of Interest site for additional details).
Nepotism plans are submitted through Kuali Build via the Nepotism Management Plan form.
