I thought I would have received my first paycheck by now but I haven’t. What do I do?

If you are a new GA and have never set up direct deposit before, your first paycheck will be mailed to your mailing address. You can check or update your mailing address via CougarNET. Once you set up direct deposit (also via CougarNET), it will take one pay period for your bank account information to be verified so you will still receive a paper check during that pay period. If you have already set up direct deposit and verified that your mailing address is accurate but haven’t received your paycheck, please contact the Graduate School.
