COMPUTER LEASE AGREEMENT

Important note:  If this is for Faculty to be paid for through the FCI Program, go to Faculty Computer Initiative.

IMPORTANT ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS...

1. Click the "Complete Form" button below. This will take you to the "ITS Computer Lease Agreement order form which will allow you to enter the information to assure proper billing and delivery for the machine.
2. Choose the package or item that fits your need.
3. Obtain your Fiscal Officer signature and send to ITS at its_leasing@lists.siue.edu or fax to ITS at ext. 3599.
4. Once ITS receives the completed form, your order and your new Dell Lease computer will be on its way to your desktop.

Package B:  Small Form Factor

• Dell Pro Slim Plus, Small Form Factor, Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor, 32GB RAM, 512GB Solid State Hard Drive, 24" Lenovo monitor with integrated sound bar and webcam, wired keyboard and mouse $90.00 (quarterly)

Package C:  Laptop 

• Dell Pro 14, 14” laptop, Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor, 32GB RAM, Dual Band Wireless, 512GB Solid State Hard Drive, NO docking station, NO extra monitor $75.00 (quarterly)
• Dell Pro 14, 14” laptop, Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor, 32GB RAM, Dual Band Wireless, 512GB Solid State Hard Drive, includes WD19 docking station $90.00 (quarterly)
