Slate - CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
Welcome to Slate — the university’s new platform for managing applications and inquiries.
We’ve worked hard to migrate all essential components—application questions, recommendations, application review tools, and communications—into Slate, while also providing training to help you navigate the system with confidence. Applications are now actively being processed in Slate. If you need access and have not yet requested it, please submit a new SARF.
Graduate programs will log into Slate and use the Slate Reader to review applications. Depending on their assigned role (Head Reviewer or Reviewer), users can submit their recommendations directly within the platform. ESRA is continually enhancing Slate Reader to better support program and department needs.
If you would like to provide feedback or need assistance, you may submit a Help Ticket.
To add/remove a user for Slate Reader, please submit a System Access Request (SARF).
