Ashley CastelliInstructional DesignerAshley first developed a passion for learning theory, evidence-based instructional strategies, and educational technology during her ten years as a middle school English/Language Arts teacher, where she trained and mentored other teachers to use technology to enhance their classrooms. In 2022, she began working in higher education as an Academic Success Coach, where she balanced advising students while developing training materials and support resources for her department. Hannah FlattInstructional DesignerHannah entered the instructional design field after 8 years as a high school teacher. In that role, she also provided learning technology support for both teachers and students in her district, which fostered a desire to pursue a career in instructional design. Pamela WilliamsInstructional DesignerPamela is an experienced educator and student in both online and blended classrooms. Her career has focused on higher education, educational technology, and adult education. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Vanderbilt University, and master’s degree in Human Resource Education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She recently earned her Doctorate of Education at the University of Missouri, St. Louis. Her research interests include instructional compliance, faculty development, diversity, and instructional design.
