Information Technology Services continuously takes security measures in order to protect SIUE’s information technology network and resources. As part of this process, ITS has been asked to create an educational program that promotes a culture of information security awareness to allow faculty and staff to help maintain the integrity of SIUE’s resources and infrastructure. The short awareness course below focuses on common information security and privacy issues with a focus on Phishing. It is intended to inform faculty and staff about threats and preventative practices by illustrating common techniques and strategies. Within the course is a certification link to verify course completion.
