Free Printing for Classes - Faculty Only
New requests will be accepted after December 15th, 2025
ITS offers free printing for classes led by faculty members. Faculty can now apply for a printing stipend by doing the following:
Swipe your Cougar Card at any printer located in any lab or classroom.
Enter your e-id and password.
Logout and complete the Printing Stipend Form - Only for Faculty.
Once ITS receives the form we will credit your account a daily printing balance. Please be sure to register your ID card using the steps above or ITS will not be able to add money to your account.
When you have received confirmation that your account has received the credit, click here for instructions on releasing student print jobs.
