Need to get information out to students across campus, student organizations, or student leaders? Check out the newsletters below. Please note, all request should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.
Places To Be At the E: This weekly email is sent during the academic year and keeps all SIUE students informed about upcoming events and important campus-wide announcements, including student volunteer opportunities. Submissions are open to campus offices and student organizations through this form. All requested events/services must be open to all students, have free admission, and be on SIUE's campus. No fundraiser requests will be accepted.
Student Organization Listserv: This newsletter is sent as needed to student organization officers with updates specific to their roles, including re-registration, Involvement Fair sign-ups, and other organization-related requirements. Submissions must be hyper-specific to student organization involvement (not general announcements or volunteer requests). If you have a request, email stuorgofflist@lists.siue.edu and your email will be reviewed and sent if approved by the Kimmel Belonging & Engagement Hub staff.
Fraternity and Sorority Life Listserv: This newsletter is sent as needed to members of SIUE fraternities and sororities with updates specific to their roles, including risk management, community updates, and training opportunities. Submissions must be hyper-specific to Fraternity & Sorority Life involvement (not general announcements or volunteer requests). If you have a request, email siuefsl@lists.siue.edu and your email will be reviewed and sent if approved by the Kimmel Belonging & Engagement Hub staff.
