Scheduling
Photo Services recommends that photo requests between the hours of 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. be scheduled at least one week in advance. Requests for evening hours and/or weekends should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. If Photo Services is unable to staff after-hours or weekend assignments, we will attempt to schedule professional freelance photographers for the event.
All Photo Services work requests must be made by submitting a work order. Once a work order is received, we will review and follow-up with a phone call or meeting if additional information is needed.
Photo Services Pricing
Photo Shoot
One-hour minimum
$75 per hour for a day shoot $125 per hour for a night/weekend shoot
Freelance photo shoots are billed at cost.
Typically $250 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
Image Color Correcting and File Preparation for Printing
Determined by size/type of project - $50 per hour
