Proxy Access

SIUE Students can now grant or maintain any designated trusted individuals (such as parents, guardians, recruiters, or sponsors) as proxies in CougarNet. This allows the third-party proxy designated by the student to securely access their private student information like:

  • Class Schedules
  • Unofficial Transcripts
  • Grades
  • Student Holds
  • Bursar Account & Billing Information
  • Bursar Tax Notification - 1098T

It’s simple to set up, and you can customize access based on your needs. If you decide to change or remove individual(s) access, you can quickly manage that within CougarNet as well.
