Oscar Gonzalez
Oscar Gonzalez (violin) began his musical studies in Caracas, Venezuela, at the age of 8 with the National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras and Choirs of Venezuela. In 2013, he became a violin teacher for "El Sistema," where he worked until 2016. In 2017, he joined the UNAB Symphony Orchestra in Bucaramanga, Colombia. During his time in Colombia, he participated as a violinist in various festivals, including the Cartagena International Music Festival. In 2023, he obtained a bachelor's degree in Music from the Universidad Industrial de Santander. In 2024, he was a founder and judge of the "First Santander Violin Competition" and a workshop leader at the "XX UNAB String Festival." He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Music Performance with an emphasis on Suzuki pedagogy.
