The Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities Board is responsible for establishing policies governing the operation of the URCA at SIUE. In addition, the URCA Board reviews and ranks proposals during the selection process each spring for the next URCA Associates. The URCA Board is comprised of faculty from across the University.
