URCA Associate Report Requirements
Interim Report
This report serves as an opportunity for both the Associate and faculty mentor to evaluate how the project is going so far while allowing time to adjust and make changes if needed. This report serves as a permanent record for the Associate’s research or creative activity in the program.
Requirements
- Submit completed and signed URCA Associate Interim Report Cover Page by email to URCA Coordinator
- Submit Interim Report narrative by email to URCA Coordinator. The report should include the components in the URCA Associate Interim Report Guidelines
Final Report
This report serves as a permanent record for the Associate’s research or creative activity in the program.
Requirements
- Submit completed and signed URCA Associate Final Report Cover Page by email to URCA Coordinator
- Submit Final Report narrative by email to URCA Coordinator. The report should include the components in the URCA Associate Final Report Guidelines
Travel Application and Guidelines
- To request URCA Associate travel funds, the URCA Associate Travel Funds Application Form needs to be submitted at least three weeks prior to your conference travel date.
- Reference Travel Expenses Guidelines found on the Accounts Payable Website
