Art and Design West Gallery
Art and Design West Gallery is a 3,700-square-foot space with repositionable wall units.
The gallery is used for a variety of exhibitions that support learning and art-making at SIUE. Art and Design students have an opportunity to have their work juried into the Annual Juried Student Exhibition. Every semester Bachelor of Fine Arts candidates exhibit as part of their final thesis and body of work. Master of Fine Arts candidates exhibit aspects of their thesis work within the space. Outside events include an annual High School Exhibition and the department’s Friends of Art Auction. This space is a beautiful showcase space for art to be seen on a professional level.
