Marketing Procurement Business Partner at Nestle Purina Petcare Co.
While I’m a marketing procurement business partner at Nestle Purina PetCare Co., I’m also a diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) ambassador for the company. My sociology degree helped me develop a solid foundational understanding of diversity and inclusion, and I've used that knowledge to lead various DE&I projects and initiatives at my company. Young consumers and employees value diversity and inclusion more than any generation before, and so as DE&I becomes a stronger cultural and business focus for organizations, a background in sociology is a sought-after asset.
