Video Archive and Past Programs
Commencement is a time-honored tradition that marks a momentous occasion in a student's life. SIUE graduated its first seven students on June 15, 1958, with two different degrees in a duel ceremony with Carbondale. Since then, SIUE has grown substantially, expanding to 8 different schools and offering over 200 different degrees throughout its history. We have graduated over 120,000 alumni since our inception and are extremely proud of the work they continue to accomplish.
