Flu Shots Still Available for Students!

Alumni Access
Graduating students can now continue to receive Counseling and Health Services for one full semester after graduation for a fee equal to the full-time semester medical benefit fee. This extended support helps you navigate the transition from student life to your next chapter. For more information, please call 618-650-2842.

Partners of enrolled students who live in on-campus family housing with the students are now eligible to access Counseling and Health Services for a fee equal to the full-time semester medical benefit fee. For more information, please call 618-650-2842 or complete this form.

Psycho-Educational Workshops
You can attend as many of these workshops as you want throughout the semester. These workshops are designed to be as interactive as you choose - our aim is to get you the support you need.These workshops take place in Counseling & Health Services, Student Success Center 0222.
Mondays:

Unstuck (1pm)
Skills for increasing activity, improving mood, and managing depression. Learn how to set achievable goals, structure their days, and take action even when motivation is low.

Is Your Boo Right For You? – Healthy vs Toxic Relationships (10am)
Are you tired of entering relationships where you feel like you’re taking crazy pills? Do you have more toxic exes than fingers on both hands? Do you feel like Disney lied to you about how easy it is to find love? Then this is the workshop for you! Learn skills, tools, and information to help create strong and fulfilling relationships.

A supportive space for students to explore how they talk, listen, and connect while learning simple strategies that make everyday conversations easier and more meaningful.

Feeling overwhelmed? You’re not alone. Understand and manage your anxiety with the Anxiety Toolbox. OR
Is life, lifing for you? No problem. Learn ways to manage life’s inevitable ups and downs with Roadblocks to Rainbows. - Unbothered 101 (3pm)
A dynamic, interactive workshop designed to help students understand their stress, manage it effectively, and feel more in control of their academic and personal lives

Transitioning into adulthood can be difficult for neurodiverse folks. Learn skills to help you soar. - Creative Expressions (1:30pm)
Imagination meets emotional wellness. Through reflective writing and some art work, we will encourage self-expression, stress relief, and personal insight. No experience needed - come as you are. All material will be provided

Pride Party
- Our purpose is to support LGBTQ+ students by fostering connection, celebration, and community through Counseling Services and by creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment that promotes belonging, education, and personal growth.
- When: from 2:30 to 4:00pm on February 5, March 5, April 2, and April 30
- Where: Student Success Center 1202
Spill the Tea
- Our purpose is to support Black and Brown women by providing a space for connection, check-ins, and mutual uplift, while fostering dialogue, community, and personal growth that contribute to a supportive and inclusive campus environment.
- When: from 3:00 to 5:00pm on January 28, February 25, March 25, and April 29
- Where: Lovejoy Library, Room 3021
Limitless
- Our purpose is to support students with disabilities by creating a welcoming support group and social space where students can connect, join the conversation, and contribute to ensuring that SIUE remains an inclusive and accessible campus for everyone.
- When 5:00 to 7:00pm on February 9, March 16, and April 6 AND

Grief & Loss
- Our purpose is to support and assist students in emotional processing and healing while exploring the grief process and developing coping strategies.
- When: from 2:00 to 3:30pm on Tuesdays January 27 through April 28
