In my role as a staff counselor:
"I aim to create a safe space to discuss concerns freely and without judgment. I want to help clients learn more about themselves, specifically their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to help increase personal awareness of potential problems and collaboratively build on their current skillset in order to address concerns. My goal is that by the end of therapy clients will feel confident in managing their concerns on their own!”
