Charges
There cost per transcript request is $5, payable to SIU.
Eligibility
Former and current students who have paid their University charges are entitled to receive, upon written request, transcripts of their academic records. Students who have outstanding loans when they leave the University will not be issued transcripts until they have completed the sign-out process.
