Edwardsville Campus Water Service Update and Boil Order Notice
The City of Edwardsville will perform maintenance on the campus water supply system on June 23, 2026, between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. While water service is expected to remain available during this time, a precautionary 24-hour boil order will be issued for the Edwardsville campus once service has been restored.
Facilities Management will distribute boil order notices that will be posted across campus prior to implementation. During the boil order, all water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or food preparation should be brought to a rolling boil before use.
The boil order will remain in effect until water quality testing is completed and regulatory approval is received to lift it. Additional communication will be provided when the boil order begins and once it has been lifted.
