Preparing a Tenure and Promotion Dossier

The program includes broad-based curriculum, networking opportunities, goal-setting, and mentoring. The program is designed to help you achieve your goals and will strengthen the University.

Meetings will occur approximately once a month throughout the academic year. These sessions are designed to address concerns that arise throughout your first years at SIUE and help you develop a community of scholars outside your academic department.

Our goal is to help you get off on the right track. We know that the first year is extraordinarily busy, but we hope that we can help you begin a successful journey toward tenure and promotion.

Since lunch will be provided during these sessions, an accurate headcount is essential.
