New Faculty Orientation
The New Faculty Orientation program held each fall welcomes and supports newly hired full-time, tenure-track and non-tenure track faculty members at SIUE. The orientation aims to acquaint new faculty with our culture, policies, resources, and the diverse academic community they are joining. It provides a platform for networking, professional development, and collaboration while fostering a strong sense of belonging within the university. Note that many of the online resources in the orientation materials can be helpful for part-time faculty as well.
