New Faculty Onboarding
With regular sessions throughout the first year, New Faculty Onboarding is designed to help our new faculty get off to a good start by addressing the concerns of new faculty and helping new faculty develop a community of scholars outside their academic unit. Typical sessions include: Equitable and Inclusive Teaching, Teaching Challenges, Submitting a Promotion and Tenure dossier, Submitting Research Grants, Making a Service Contribution, and Keeping Your Writing on Track.
