Description:

Come join your faculty colleagues in an interactive discussion about microaggressions experienced by our faculty.  During this session, we will share the results of the microaggression survey we recently conducted and discuss the effects of microaggressions as well as strategies for dealing with them.  Come listen and learn, ask questions, discuss and work together to create an atmosphere of support and inclusion.
