Thinking about your New Year’s resolutions for 2019? Sounds great! Unfortunately, 92% of New Year’s resolutions fail! But it’s time for a real change! You can begin 2019 by actually accomplishing your New Year’s Resolutions. Join us for a workshop on personal/professional growth using the Immunity to Change model based on Robert Keegan and Lisa Leahy's work. This approach to change is specifically designed to make changes that are important to you but “have proven resistant to thoughtful plans and heartfelt intentions” (Kegan & Lahey, 2015, p. i.) This workshop will lead you through building an Immunity to Change map. Please come with a couple personal or professional goals to choose from that might serve as the basis for making your map. Please plan to stay the entire two hours. "Immunity to Change" is a trademark of Minds at Work, LLC. The presenters presented a short workshop on this topic last year and participants said it was a good introduction to the topic but they wanted to spend more time working through the process. |
