Navigating Open Educational Resources (OER)

During this workshop, Mark Poepsel (Mass Communications) will provide an overview of OER, benefits for students, faculty, and SIUE, and will describe the process for applying for the updated OER incentive program. Joe Kohlburn and Mitchell Haas (Library and Information Services) will describe some of the available resources for faculty who are thinking about adopting OER courseware, textbooks, or other resources.
