Wednesday, March 25, 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Modality: In-Person.
Where: Tuesday, March 24: Lovejoy Library (2nd Floor), CFDI 2030.
Wednesday, March 25: Peck Hall 3117.
Facilitator: Kristine Hildebrandt.
Description: These in-person events are geared for mid and later-career faculty who have considered or engaged in reframing or pivoting their research and creative activities. The reasons can vary, including external factors (e.g., changing funding opportunities or dissemination venues), or internal factors (e.g., burnout or reaching the end of a line of inquiry). This focused discussion hour will feature invited tenured faculty who have engaged in or considered this reframing in different ways. They will share their stories, with time for open discussion, including possible pathways and opportunities. Anyone who may find this discussion useful is encouraged to register for either or both events. There will be different invited faculty at each event, so there is the chance to learn new things on both days. Space is limited, so please register early!
