Description: In this Midweek Mentor, we’ll watch a video from the Teaching Professor Digital Library that dives into the 8 career competencies identified by the National Association of Colleges & Employers. With foci like teamwork, leadership, communication, and critical thinking—these competencies are applicable across disciplines. Then, our facilitator will share about how Competency-Based Education is being implemented in the School of Nursing, leaving time for Q&A and group discussion.
