Qualifications

Applicants must currently be working towards a master’s degree. Applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of 6, but no more than 12 credit hours per academic term for fall and spring. Applicants must maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average. Experience with Microsoft Office. 

Position Description

The SIUE Office of the Provost and Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs seeks a graduate assistant for Spring 2025 who can assist with coordinating program review, Undergraduate Scholars Showcase and Higher Learning Commission re-accreditation visit. This graduate assistant will be responsible for working with the Associate Provost, Dr. Elza Ibroscheva, to organize mailing lists, produce and proofread certificates and programs, and assist with executing the event. Other duties may be assigned. 

Graduate Assistants are provided non-accruable paid sick leave as well as paid bereavement leave as described in the Graduate Assistant Handbook.
