Classified graduate student enrolled in at least six
credit hours during the Fall 2025 semester; strong
communication and organization skills; customer
service experience; familiarity with standardized
testing and confidentiality procedures; able to
work occasional evening and weekend hours.
Assist the Test Specialist with the coordination
of standardized University examinations. Duties
will include assisting with registering students for
test sessions, preparing test materials and lab
equipment, coordinating test accommodations,
checking students in/out of testing appointments,
proctoring exams, reviewing videos flagged by
online proctoring services for potential testing
violations, maintaining record keeping systems,
and other duties as assigned.
