• Current Nursing license required (Illinois license preferred but may be in process if currently already have an active U.S. RN license). DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A US RN LICENSE.
• Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours of graduate coursework and in good academic standing.
• Comfort and confidence in supporting basic nursing concepts and skills (orientation and topic-specific training provided).
• Flexibility to accommodate the required scheduling (hours are in-person only).
• Willingness to be creative, adaptable, and responsive to varying student needs across learning and support settings.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
• Supporting undergraduate and graduate students in foundations course labs, open labs, and simulation activities.
• Assisting with set-up, tear down, cleaning, organizing, and inventory of lab and simulation equipment and supplies.
• Tutoring students in nursing course content, dosage calculation, and other academic support services.
• Supporting prospective student tours, recruitment events, and community outreach events.
• Collaborating with faculty and other team members to meet evolving student support needs.
