The New Student & Family Programs Graduate Assistant (Office and Program Support) position supports the daily operations, communications, and program logistics of New Student & Family Programs while contributing to the successful delivery of orientation and transition initiatives.

This role serves as the operational hub of the NSFP office, ensuring a welcoming and responsive experience for students, families, and campus partners.

The Graduate Assistant assists professional staff in supervising undergraduate office program assistants, coordinates front desk operations, supports communications workflows, and assists with planning and execution of orientation, welcome, and transition programs.

The position provides professional experience in student affairs administration, program coordination, and office supervision while contributing to SIUE’s commitment to supporting student transition, belonging, and success.
