Required - Earned Grade of A or B in 150 Calculus I

Preferred - Major within College of Arts & Science or School of Engineering 

Position Description

Graduate Assistants for the SIUE East St. Louis Charter High School will support students in the Math Success Program (MSP) by providing targeted mathematics intervention and instructional support. Working closely with classroom teachers and program faculty, Graduate Assistants will facilitate daily Math Labs.

Math Labs: small-group learning experiences designed to address instructional gaps, strengthen mathematical understanding, and improve student confidence.

Key responsibilities include providing individualized and small-group tutoring, implementing data-informed learning activities, documenting student progress, and fostering an engaging, supportive learning environment.
