Qualifications

Enrolled in a School of Nursing graduate program (CRNA, FNP, PMHNP, Nurse Educator or NCNA.). Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills both written and oral Familiar or willing to learn and enter surveys and retrieve data in Qualtrics Familiar with how to use an Excel spreadsheet

Position Description

Assists faculty, student and preceptor project participants with instructions on how to access and complete self-paced preceptor training modules. Tracks and records demographic information of the clinical faculty, preceptors, and students who complete self-paced preceptor training modules and conference Assures participants receive certificates of training upon completion of self-paced training modules and conference speaker sessions. Tracks and records the number of clinical faculty, community partner preceptors, and graduate nursing students who attend annual development conference Develops and sends out announcements and registration information to community health care organizations, nursing preceptors, students and faculty to promote the annual clinical faculty and preceptor development conference Assists Program Director in annual grant report data collection Maintains and tracks all applications for students and preceptors Maintains a database of project participants who qualify and receives stipend and follows up with these participants and 1 and 2 years to determine if they precepting.
