I am a SIUE employee who is not eligible for State Insurance health coverage. How does the ACA affect me?

You must enroll in a health plan through another source or already be covered under another plan to be compliant with the ACA Individual Mandate to carry health insurance. If you work on average 30 hours or more per week for a period exceeding 3 months, you shoud be offered Reliance Standard insurance. Please contact Benefits staff at 650-2190 if you have questions.
