Why was Part 3 of my Form 1095C left blank?

There are several reasons why Part 3 may be blank:

  • No one was enrolled in coverage for any month of the year
  • The coverage is through a fully-insured plan
  • The coverage is through COBRA
  • You are a union employee and your plan is through your union
