To support the mission of SIUE, the Office of International Affairs leads, promotes and facilitates internationalization initiatives and activities at the University.
International Student and Scholar Services
- Provide practical and useful immigration information and activities for international students and scholars
- Work across SIUE to seamlessly provide services to international students from admission to enrollment
to retention and beyond graduation
Study Abroad
- Enhance, promote and oversee study abroad programs
- Assist faculty in planning and creating study abroad opportunities
International Partnerships
- Promote and facilitate international research and collaboration partnerships, including exchange and other agreements
Global Perspectives
- Collaborate with administrators, faculty and staff to integrate and champion global perspectives in curricular and co-curricular activities
Admissions and English language training
- Collaborate with the Office of International Admissions to allow international students to apply for degree programs at SIUE
