For International Students

International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) facilitates and supports international students on F-1 and J-1 visas. ISSS provides seamless transition for international students from the point of admission to SIUE through arrival on campus and until each student completes his or her program. ISSS supports students by providing immigration advisement, special orientation sessions and opportunities for cross-cultural experiences.

For All SIUE Students

Study abroad programs offer SIUE students an opportunity to engage in a meaningful international experience. Study abroad includes short-term, faculty-led programs with other SIUE students and an SIUE faculty member or with other American students from other U.S. universities. SIUE students can study abroad for one week to one year in length.
