Academic and Client Support Services
Academic and Client Support Services supports SIUE’s technology users and is comprised of the help desk, desktop support, lab and classroom support, instructional design and support, application support, and identity and access management. Academic and Client Support Services strives to provide the best possible service while linking clients to the resources they need and collaborating with them as technology partners. Some of the many services these groups provide include desktop support, software installation, instructional design and technology support, pedagogical support, help desk support, virus removal for students, Internet and wireless support, lab and classroom support, instructional space design and technology support, digital media and web production, Blackboard support, and training.
