The Analytical Lab at NCERC supports the Fermentation Lab, Fermentation Suite and Pilot Plant, and is acutely focused on delivering actionable data. The high-value currency is what our clients count on time and time again.
The Analytical Lab acts as the heart of NCERC. It supports the Fermentation Lab, Fermentation Suite and Pilot Plant with its 24/7 scheduling availability. Routine tests performed in the Analytical Lab include characterization of samples’ physical and chemical properties using state-of-the-art analytical instruments such as densitometer, various ovens and furnaces, and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-RID). For the detection of low-level compounds, our triple quadrupole liquid chromatography (LC/MS/MS) becomes a useful tool.
We have implemented top level laboratory practices into all the work we do. Data acquisition is clearly and timely documented in both hard copy and electronic forms, and every standard operation procedure (SOP) is executed with data harvesting based on scientifically sound Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
