Dr. Jennifer (Jenny) Rosselli is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) School of Pharmacy, serving as a faculty member since 2009. Dr. Rosselli began her career in community pharmacy as an intern, staff pharmacist, and pharmacy manager. Currently, she practices as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at SIHF Healthcare in O’Fallon and Belleville, Illinois, providing chronic disease management services with a focus on diabetes care. At SIUE, she teaches chronic kidney disease, obesity, lipids, chronic coronary disease, peripheral artery disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis through integrated pharmacotherapeutics, pharmacy skills, physical assessment, clinical reasoning, and an ambulatory care elective. She serves as a preceptor for advanced pharmacy practice experiences and postgraduate pharmacy and medical residents. Dr. Rosselli is recognized for her expertise in diabetes care and commitment to education, mentorship, service, and advocacy efforts protecting patient access to treatments and pharmacist-provided services, and advancing pharmacy practice. She was named the Illinois Pharmacists Association’s Educator of the Year in 2024, Pharmacist of the Year in 2019, and received the Excellence in Innovation award in 2014. The SIUE School of Pharmacy honored her with the Faculty Service Recognition Award in 2022, Faculty Preceptor of the Year award in 2020, and Capstone Mentor Excellence Award in 2018. Additionally, she actively participates in outreach to broaden pharmacist-led care in various local and international settings through health fairs, patient education events, and global mission trips.

Clinical Interests
Dr. Rosselli's clinical interests focus on enhancing outcomes for individuals with diabetes in primary care settings, with a particular emphasis on underserved populations. Her work is dedicated to adopting a person-centered approach to optimizing medication therapy and integrating diabetes technology into routine care, including automated insulin delivery systems, continuous glucose monitoring, and other connected devices.
Scholarly Interests
Dr. Rosselli's scholarly activities are centered on promoting evidence-based practices, advancing the pharmacist's role in direct patient care, and fostering professional well-being. Her contributions and presentations address a range of topics, including the optimization of medication use in clinically complex situations, continuous glucose monitoring, insulin therapy and insulin pump utilization, non-insulin diabetes medications, the management of diabetes-related comorbidities, sexual harassment in pharmacy practice, and the development and maintenance of pharmacy services in federally qualified health centers and other diverse care settings.
