Spring 2026 Semester

January 12	Chair Response Reports due to the Office of the Provost and Graduate School
January 23	Dean Response Reports due to the Office of the Provost and Graduate School
February	Associate Provost distributes program self-studies, internal review reports, chair response reports, and dean response reports of undergraduate programs to the Faculty Senate Curriculum Council and the Graduate Programs Committee
March - May	Programs Committee and Curriculum Council Committee recommendations due to the Provost Office

Summer 2026 Semester
Date	Summary
June - August	Provost meets with programs to discuss program review issues, recommendations, and resources
Mid-August	Program review report for previous academic year due to SIU Vice President for Academic Affairs
Fall (after Meeting with Provost)	SIU Vice President for Academic Affairs submits program reviews from previous academic year to Illinois Board of Higher Education
