Leadership
The ADVANCE Team created and curated resources, listed below, to assist Chairs and Deans in improving the gender climate for faculty at SIUE.

Equity Scorecard
To ensure the implementation of gender equity strategies, the Provost holds deans accountable. Each dean is required to complete an equity scorecard reporting on the progress their school/college has made toward equity goals. Equity scorecards assist with monitoring the departmental climate to promote an inclusive environment, and track the advancement and promotion of women along the academic pipeline.
