To ensure success throughout college, we encourage students to utilize the SIUE services and resources listed below.
Learning Support Services
Learning Support Services (LSS) offers multiple academic support services to help you be successful in your courses. LSS provides walk-in and one-on-one tutoring through the Tutoring Resource Center. The Writing Center provides in-person and online instruction when working on papers. LSS is also home to the Supplemental Instruction program, which provides extra peer support for certain courses. Academic Advising
Meeting with your academic advisor each semester is a great way to stay on top of your class schedule. The advisors at SIUE are able to help with choosing a major, selecting classes, study tips and resources, and other important campus information. Learn more about academic advising.
Career Development Center

Counseling Services

Health Service
Health Service provides care for all students with a valid SIUE ID. The Health Service staff can help you with multiple issues, including immunizations, prescriptions, and referral information. Visit the Health Service website to see all the available services, as well as other helpful links.
Get Involved
SIUE offers more than 250 student organizations, so you can get involved on campus during your time at SIUE! The Kimmel Belonging and Engagement Hub is the one-stop shop for everything relating to fraternity and sorority life, Campus Activities Board, community engagement, Student Government, and many other opportunities. Getting involved is a great way for you to meet new people, learn new skills, and spend some time engaging in different activities.
